of partnerships:
1. The Rainmaker Agreement:
This agreement is designed for 'anybody'
that has a 'relationship' with an SAP company. Selling
security solutions is a very educational sale and we need
your help to bring us in touch with the 'right' people. From
here we will take over and educate and sell to the client.
You will get a commission on the sale. This arrangement is
generally for individuals or smaller companies, who don't
have the 'bandwidth' to educate their own people and go
through the entire sales cycle
2. Non Exclusive Reseller Agreement:
This agreement is a general reseller
agreement that is non exclusive and has certain
requirements. We would expect you to have a good technical
understanding of the SAP market as well as the motivation to
actively sell and promote our SAP security solutions. Part
of this agreement is a 'dealer package' that includes demo licenses
of our technology. The agreement is typically for an
established company in the SAP world that would like to use
our Security Offerings as a differentiator to up sell to
existing clients and attract new clients.
3. Exclusive Reseller Agreement:
This is the same agreement as above, but
with a protection for a certain market segment or a geographical
region. This program is mostly developed for other countries
that are not covered by our existing dealer structure.
Certain financial commitments apply.
4. OEM/VAR Agreements
We are open to have our technology
permanently integrated in certain SAP solutions. Information
