APM Risk Management

APM provides comprehensive capabilities for realtime Segregation of Duties (SoD) & critical authorization (CA) monitoring across mySAP ERP Systems.  User access and role changes can be simulated to identify potential risks throughout the SAP landscape before they are implemented or migrated in production.

APM’s direct integration with Profile Generator eliminates potential risks and administrative errors by validating rules and deactivating pre-defined sensitive authorizations during role creation and maintenance.   

APM Rule Generator accelerates the process to define rules for SoD & CA by proposing and generating authorization configuration settings such as access rights to company code, plant codes, document types, movement types, HR infotypes, etc.

 

APM Role Management

It is typically time consuming to identify missing authorizations or restrict access rights using SAP’s trace functionality.  The realtime Access Tracer enables security administrators to collaborate with functional and business users to easily secure the sensitive access and quickly troubleshoot problems.  Access Tracer can also generate roles based on authorization trace data.  

The APM Custom Derived-Role feature reduces maintenance cost by reducing the number of roles segregated by organizational and authorization data level.
