realtime AG started as a consulting firm in Germany in 1986. Founded by former SAP managers, privately held realtime has always maintained a very close working relationship with SAP.

Initially, realtime concentrated on the consumer goods industry, but then rapidly expanded to also serve sectors such as pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, aerospace & defense, health, public institutions and agencies, banks and insurance companies.

The company's service and product spectrum ranges from IT strategy consulting and process management to conceptualization and implementation of IT systems.

Development of independent software solutions within the SAP environment is another major area of focus for realtime.

The bioLock Identity Management and Access system provides extensive biometric security capabilities, seamlessly integrated with SAP.

Other software solutions include APM Atlantis, a comprehensive system for managing roles and security risk profiles (see separate website).

In 2002 realtime North America Inc. was founded in Tampa, Florida.
